Clemson visiting Boyd's house today 1/26
Read the story. More biased east coast journalism. OR the Boyd's telling people what they want to here. At this point I'm starting to believe the latter.

Who knows what to believe anymore, but if Boyd's dad really did say all that then I doubt he comes to Oregon.

I just don't see him going to Clemson. One of his quotes that really struck me was (I don't remember where from because i have been reading so much on Boyd today), "I don't want to be a part of an experiment" he said this when asked about the cons of going to Clemson, so i really just don't see it happening.

If Tajh was all Clemson, then their coaches wouldn't need to visit him one last time tonight before the announcement. I don't care what his dad is saying in interviews. I think he is doing his best to keep everyone on their toes, and he is making sure Tajh's announcement is a surprise, not some news a reported broke the night before.duckgrad99 wrote:Who knows what to believe anymore, but if Boyd's dad really did say all that then I doubt he comes to Oregon.

I guess I would much prefer to see him at Clemson, rather than tOSU.
If TB commited to the 'UckEyes, TOSU fans would merely use it as another brick in their 'Wall of Arrogance', while I believe he would not gain development as much at either school, compared to the chance to groom his talents at Oregon, under CK.

You know what, after reading a few of those Boyd articles on that Clemson site, it's clear they are written to be biased towards Clemson.

"Maybe down the line we'll be out there as a family"? "If he doesn't (pick Clemson) its for his own personal reasons"?
Two interesting statements. I can think of a couple personal reasons he's mentioned for picking UO - sports marketing, Phil Knight/Nike, rehap facilities.
But I like the first line the best... they're thinking about moving.

The quote about him being homesick while in Eugene is not true. He had a great time.
Do you need a transfusion of GREEN O Positive?

Yeah, I noticed that. I also doubt the part where it said in one article that Oregon might not be the right offense for Boyd. They really need to stop writing things that aren't true.

It is a last ditch effort by Clemson. Sources are saying he is all but ours. That he verballed over the weekend to CK. He probably called Clemson to tell them and they said "Hold on well be there tomorrow with a bag of cash"

Freedom of the press is called fiction writing.

Boyd's quotes (along with his family's) have been all over the place lately. No one truly knows where Boyd stands about all of this except for himself and his family. There is really no use in trying to figure out where he is going from all of these quotes, there are too many contradictions.

It should be noted that orange & purple is nearly as ugly as orange & black.

Nothing is even close to ugly like Orange and Black...not even redheads.monster wrote:It should be noted that orange & purple is nearly as ugly as orange & black.
