I'm surprised that Patterson hasn't been talked about all that much. Maybe because it was due to him committing so early or his Scout ranking that doesn't do him justice. So far he's been named to some pretty prestigious lists. This class may have brought us 2 starting CBs by the time they are done at Oregon. Patterson may also help Diante Jackson choose Oregon in the end since they are 2nd cousins.

I tend to agree. He really doesn't get talked about and for some reason he didn't get the stars, but his videos show a great talent and then you have to figure in his ridiculous speed. I'm definitely stoked about our CBs with him and Harris.

Probably because he wasn't offered by SC. That's fine, Chung and Walter T were 1 star, Byrd was 2. Guess that means our 3 and 4 stars will be All-Americans!

Patterson and Harris could form a deadly duo together down the road. IMO the chances of both redshirting are going to be high with only Harris having a slim chance of starting. Having these guys get bigger and get a few years under Neal's belt will make them even better.

Patterson just screams potential to me. Guy has a very high ceiling and should be a stud down the road. Just cant feed him to the wolves too early like we did with Binns, Gipson, and Phinesee.

^ Agreed mops the best for these two is to get bigger and stronger! LOVE the potential in Patterson (and he should get even faster) and Harris just needs size and strength!
