did i miss something?
I leave town for a couple days,when I come back all I see is how we probably have no shot at boyd,brown,or any other recruit on the face of this planet..Can someone please fill me on on all this bad news?

Several websites say that he enjoyed his visit to Clemson and that his mother may want him to stay close. Stories are also saying his dad wants him to go to Ohio St. since their depth is low and their tradition and history. Right now, it is a toss-up between us, OSU, and Clemson.
Brown has said that Oregon was his leader, but then he said he was putting off his commitment until maybe March so he could learn about Miami's new OC. Miami has hired a new OC and sources are now saying that the new OC is very compatible with Brown and he could reaffirm his commitment any day now.
Markus Wheaton and Michael Phillip both committed to OSU. While surprising, it's now not all that shocking considering our depth at WR and OL and OSU's lack of depth at those positions. Phillip is the most stunning, considering he was accepted into Stanford and everyone thought if he was admitted there, he was theirs.
As far as other recruits, Oregon will be able to pull in a few more before the LOIs are signed. Mops has been mentioning that he is hearing some good news regarding some of the higher-rated recruits. I wouldn't be worried too much. I don't think there is any way this class is below the top-30. If it's below top-30, it's the coaches fault for not targeting the right recruits and for capitalizing on two good back-to-back seasons.
