Apparently has knee problems dating back to last season. I wonder if that is why his performance is down this year.

Not being able to elevate properly for his shot, or make hard cuts could definitely have a lot to do with the condition of his knees.

Him having knee problems does explain why he looks so hesitant to drive or shoot.
