Job opening

Post by spinseeker »

Hey guys,

I need to hire 1 person soon. Unfortunately the position involves weekend work, so maybe none of you will be interested, especially when the season starts. But maybe you know some one that has what it takes.

Here's what I need:

Looking for a hard working, honest, friendly person with attention to detail. Must be able to move/and climb up to 32ft ladders, be on your feet/active for a full shift, and be willing and able to learn all services offered. This work is physically demanding! Position does involve heavy lifting frequently.

Job entails commercial and residential pressure washing, fleet cleaning, window cleaning, RV washing and more.

Applicant must have a valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean record. All of our services are performed at customer's locations, so if you do not have a Driver's license you will not be considered for the position.

No experience necessary. We offer a wide variety of services so training is expected.

This is a nonsmoking company. If you can't go 8 hours without a cigarette, do not apply. We work in peoples homes and with fleets that have flammable cargo. You cannot smell like smoke inside a customer's house and smoking is prohibited on some fleet premises for safety reasons.

Work days for this position is Saturday and Sunday guaranteed and 3 days during the week up to 40 hours. The three days during the week fluctuate due to customer, company and employee needs.

For more information email/pm me your contact information and I will call you to set up an interview.

I intend to fill this position by March 11.

Pay will be based on experience with performance based raises.

Thanks.
I got a bunch of responses from Craigslist already. Going to try to do interviews on Tuesday.

Haha, me too. This is just a replacement for someone I let go. We don't get busy until April or May depending on the weather. Then it's gangbusters. Luckily (maybe) it starts to slow down in the meat of football season.

Also lucky for me, none of my employees are Duck fans. I don't try too hard to convert them either. I spend enough time obsessing for all of us.
