Trust. I don't want what this guy is writing to be true. Not only that, I think he's acted kind of stupid about the whole thing. He clearly enjoys being "the insider" and has milked it. He even stated one time that he had new info but wasn't going to announce it until a certain time of day. Just to build the whole thing up. He just seems like a wannabe sportscaster with no clue of what he's doing.

BUT

I've been following that thread for a long time now. I can say that he isn't just some random dude out of the blue. He does do a local radio program there. And just the the sophistication of the lie, with all of the details he has given, is difficult to see as being untrue. It would just be so outlandishly brazen. I've known serious liars in my time and this would top anything any of them have said by a mile if it turned out to be a hoax.

That said. The guy seems like such a hack journalistically that I think there's a lot of room for him to have misinterpreted a lot of what he has been told, even if it was directly from Brown. He definitely likes to heavily editorialize his info (and then repeatedly claim that he doesnt do that). So, it's tough to know for sure when he's just speaking from his "personal read" or from direct sentiments expressed by Brown.

I could be wrong. Maybe you're right and none of it is worth paying attention to. But, my judgement, having looked at it closely, is that it's true.

I think you are exactly right Wheaten. I think Vspn is really new to this kind of spotlight and has gone overboard and really messed up in his moment of local fame. Perhaps he is trying to promote his show, who knows I just hope he learns from it. And then again I really do not care if he does.

Has everyone realized that BB has had our name in his list of schools ever since the beginning? It was first down to us and Miami, and after he visited us we became his leaders. Then, he started visiting other schools and miami pulled their offer. he is just trying to make sure his choice is the right choice. We are now in the list of his final 2 schools, and from last i have heard we are his leaders. Everyone needs to just relax and wait for his decision on Monday. We have been in it from the start and we are still in it. Oh, and BTW, his best friend Chris Harper just so happens to play WR for our ducks. Be patient, I have a good feeling about this one that i didn't have with Tahj Boyd, Bryce McNeal, or Terelle Pryor. IMHO, it will be DUCK fans celebrating at the end of this race with other schools left on the outside looking in.

This will be the last i post of Bryce Brown, until his announcement on the 16th.
