Obviously coaching is an issue.

In past leagues I've participated in we've had tanking rules. Max 4 losing seasons to prevent stacking talent. I'm not sure Suns guys have all been their own picks but damn that is a lot of top 3 talent year after year.

Doesn't really seem like tanking though. They've made some good trades and gotten super lucky in the lotto. Also, not sure how much the pieces fit together, but if they ever do, look out

Rule was more in place to put an urgency on winning. It's easy to lose and make trades to lose more.

We have had that as well, he's seem to have been trying to win though I feel like, guys just not quite working out.

Durant #1
Harden #3
Griffin #2
Leonard #1

That's an insane 4 year stretch. At some point there needs to be some accountability. In addition to that he signed Yao Ming last offseason and I'm not including Rose #5, Bledsoe #10, Lawson 18, Chandler 16

Rose has so far been one of the biggest busts we've had. Harden's offense doesn't make for his defense yet. Bledsoe might be a tweener. Leonard is not developed. I got lucky in two drafts to move up. And I was surprised as anyone last year that I didn't finish better than I did. Put in a max offer for E.Curry that he obviously didn't take. So it's not for lack of trying.

Not an inditement on you but the system. Top of drafts need to be more of a guarantee and needs to be more emphasis put on winning.

Man, this made me go look at the last few drafts...they have been absolutely brutal. So many busts and just meh players coming from the top of the drafts. Kinda worried about the talent in the league

That bc there is no dedication to draft. Draft list notes are posted after Finals. It's oh shot we got to get this done aspect of the league. Orange has done an amazing job summing. So on point and consistent but drafts need work. I don't know about the inner workings of fbb player creation but I can help out with draft if needed. I've worked with most of these upcoming players in real life so I can have some good perspective.
