Frost was a QB at Stanford and then transfered to Nebraska and went on to go something like 23-1 as the starter there running the option system. He then was drafted into the NFL and bounced around from team to team at WR not QB.
He is currently the LB coach at Northern Iowa and is said to be a young up and coming coach that relates well to teams players and recruits. Don't get worried he that he is currently coaching LBs and would coach WRs here. Word is he knows his stuff and is a work-aholic like Kelly.
I actually honestly think we get both these guys.

Sounds like Frost could be hitting the recruiting trail this week with CK. Also don't expect Day 'till Belloti steps down.
